President Marcos' Ratings:

  • Approval Rating: Decreased from 33% at the end of 2024 to 19% in early 2025.

  • Trust Rating: Dropped from 23% to 14% during the same period.

These figures represent the lowest approval and trust ratings for President Marcos since he assumed office. The decline is attributed to various factors, including economic challenges, governance issues, and controversies surrounding his administration.

Vice President Duterte's Ratings:

  • Approval Rating: Increased from 37% to 42%.

  • Trust Rating: Rose from 31% to 39%.

Vice President Duterte's improved ratings suggest growing public support, despite political challenges and controversies. Analysts note that her resilience amid these issues has contributed to the positive perception among the public.

The survey also indicates a general decline in approval and trust ratings for other key government officials, reflecting broader national sentiment and highlighting the complex political landscape in the Philippines.

These developments may influence the dynamics within the current administration and have potential implications for future political scenarios in the country.
