Charo Santos, Nag-post ng Madamdaming Paalam kay Jacklyn Jose
Naging viral sa social media ang heartfelt post ni Charo Santos para sa yumaong si Jacklyn Jose, na pumanaw noong Marso 2024 sa edad na 60. Ayon sa pahayag ni Andi Eigenmann, anak ni Jacklyn, ang sanhi ng pagpanaw ay isang heart attack. Sa kanyang Instagram post, ibinahagi ni Charo ang ilang screenshot mula sa mga pagganap ni Jacklyn sa MMK.
"Remembering a bright star gone too soon, I bid farewell to a remarkable soul whose exceptional talent graced the small screen in MMK episodes I’ve had the privilege to host," sabi ni Charo. "Here are just a few moments that barely capture her brilliance—an actress whose performances captivated our hearts," dagdag pa niya. "The final photo celebrates the journey we shared. More than the accolades, it was her warmth, professionalism, and respect that truly set her apart," aniya pa.
"From stealing scenes to stealing a piece of history as the first Southeast Asian ‘Best Actress’ awardee at Cannes, her legacy transcends borders. You made us proud. Rest in peace, my dear Jane. Your memory will forever be treasured. My deepest condolences to all her loved ones," dagdag pa ni Charo.
