Real Estate Consultants Licensure Examination January 2024 School Room Assignments



The Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) recently disclosed the room assignments for Real Estate Consultants taking place from January 8 to 12, 2024, in the National Capital Region (NCR). 


To facilitate a smooth examination day, candidates are advised to prepare and bring essential items, including the Notice of Admission, Official Receipt, two or more pencils (No. 2), ball pens with black ink, a long brown envelope, a long transparent (non-colored) plastic envelope for valuables, health forms according to Joint Administrative Order No. 01, series of 2020, and either negative RT-PRC test results or a copy of their vaccination card.


On the examination day, a proper dress code must be adhered to. Male and female examinees are instructed to wear plain tuck-in polo t-shirts without logos and white blouses or shirts with collars. Both genders should opt for comfortable slacks or decent pants. Certain items are strictly prohibited inside the examination room, including calculators with embedded programs, specific smartwatches (Apple, Samsung, etc.), cellular phones, wireless earplugs, electronic communication devices, bags of any kind, and other unmentioned examination aids.


The examination itself covers a diverse range of topics related to real estate consulting. It delves into the fundamentals of consulting, with an emphasis on standards and ethics, including the Uniform Standard of Professional Realty Consultant Practice (USPRCP) and the National Code of Ethics and Responsibilities. 


Real estate finance and economics, land management systems, and real property laws, encompassing various legal frameworks, are integral parts of the examination. Furthermore, candidates must showcase proficiency in professional consultancy practice, covering tools, and techniques for project feasibility studies, investment measurement, and specific engagements such as residential, commercial, industrial, recreation, resort, and hotel properties. 


Specialized areas, including distressed properties, leasing and buying analysis, business communication, environmental impact assessment, and current events, are also included in the examination syllabus. The comprehensive coverage ensures that candidates are well-prepared to handle diverse aspects of real estate consulting in various contexts.
