The online registration for the PNP Entrance and Promotional Examinations on December 10, 2023, will commence at 12:00 noon on November 7, 2023. Please note that the last day for registration is November 17, 2023.
Prior to online registration, ensure you have a scanned copy (JPEG) of a valid government-issued ID (National ID, PNP ID, Passport, Postal ID, Driver's License, PRC ID, etc.). Follow the steps below:
- Visit the NAPOLCOM website directly at www.napolcom.gov.ph.
- Choose your desired exam (PNP Entrance or Promotional Exams).
- Complete the required information and review it.
- Upload the scanned copy (JPEG) of the valid government-issued ID.
After uploading, the system will generate a Notice specifying the necessary requirements to bring during the application processing at the Regional Office.
Upon successful online registration, you will have 48 hours to process your application and pay the exam fee. Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of your application. If you do not appear on the exam day, the exam fee will be forfeited as well. The processing of applications at the Regional Offices will take place from November 7 to 21, 2023.

Those who passed this examination are conferred by the NAPOLCOM, the PNP Entrance Eligibility which is appropriate for appointment to the rank of Patrolman/woman, as prescribed under sec. 30 of Republic Act No. 6975, as amended by Republic Act No. 8551.

Applicants shall utilize the On-Line Exam Application Scheduling System (OLEASS) to request the Regional Office for their schedule on the filing of examination application. Applicants will personally appear at the NAPOLCOM Regional Office on the date assigned to them, with their printed on-line Confirmation Letter, filled-out Application Form and other required documents, for further evaluation.
The NAPOLCOM Computer-Assisted Examination (CAEx) for the PNP Entrance Examination is open to all Filipino citizens who meet the age and educational requirements, as well as to Patrolman/Patrolwoman whose appointments are temporary for lack of appropriate eligibility.
The NAPOLCOM utilizes the On-Line Examination Application Scheduling System (OLEASS) for the scheduling of the filing of applications for the PNP Entrance Examination category of the CAEx.
The POLICE EXECUTIVE SERVICE ELIGIBILITY EXAMINATION (PESE) is an eligibility requirement for the ranks of Police Colonel, Police Brigadier General, Police Major General, Police Lieutenant General and Police General.
The two-phased PESE examination process consists of written examination and panel interview. Both phases contain analytical questions on police leadership and police values designed to select the best future leaders in the police service.
