List of Passers for the November 2023 Pharmacist Licensure Exam


The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is expected to release the results of the November 2023 Pharmacist Licensure Exam (PHLE), including the list of passers, topnotchers, and the performance of schools, on November 8, 2023.


Initial Registration for New Professionals

The schedule for the online registration of successful examinees for the issuance of their licenses will be announced at a later date. New passers are advised to complete their online registration through the PRC Official Website (Online Registration Page) and follow the outlined steps. The registration requirements include the Notice of Admission/NOA (for identification purposes only), a completed Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, two passport-sized ID photos with a white background and complete name tag, two sets of documentary stamps, and one short brown envelope. The PRC emphasizes that successful examinees must personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.


Verification of Rating

The verification of ratings for the November 2023 Pharmacist Licensure Exam (PHLE) will be available online a few working days after the results are posted. Successful takers can visit the PRC Official Website and use the Verification Page to check their board examination passing rate. As stated, a passer is only required to provide the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.


Oath-Taking Ceremonies

With the conclusion of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Professional Regulation Commission has initiated face-to-face oath-taking ceremonies for new professionals. Interested successful examinees who wish to participate in the face-to-face mass oath-taking must register no later than 12:00 NN on the day prior to the oath-taking date at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance. The exact nature of the oath-taking, whether face-to-face or virtual, will be announced in due course. Furthermore, inductees are required to present ANY of the following documents on the day of the oath-taking: a Vaccination Card or Negative RT-PCR results obtained within 48 hours prior to the oath-taking. Inductees are advised to register and confirm their attendance in the regions where they took their licensure examination and intend to register as professionals. Meanwhile, those unable to attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oath-taking have the option to participate in the online oath-taking or request a special oath-taking session.


Exam Coverage

The November 2023 Pharmacist Licensure Exam (PHLE) will encompass the following subjects: Pharmaceutical Chemistry (20%), Pharmacognosy (15%), Practice of Pharmacy (17.5%), Pharmacology-Pharmacokinetics (15%), Pharmaceutics (17.5%), and Quality Assurance and Quality Control (15%).

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 2,974 out of 4,038 passed the Pharmacists Licensure Examination given by the Board of Pharmacy in N. C. R., Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga thisNovember 2023.

The results were released in three (3) working days after the last day of examination.           


On December 13 - 15, December 18 - 22, December 26 - 29, 2023 and January 2 - 3, 2024, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line.  Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.  Those who will register are required to bring the following: downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission (for identification only), 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of documentary stamps and 1 piece short brown envelope.  Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.


The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
