The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is slated to reveal the results of the Agriculturist Licensure Examination (ALE), conducted on November 20, 21, and 22, 2023, encompassing passers, topnotchers, and school performance, on December 4, 2023.
Successful examinees are urged to undergo the initial registration process, as announced by the PRC. To be included in the Rooster of Registered Professionals, candidates must fulfill specific requirements and adhere to prescribed steps. These requirements include the Notice of Admission (for identification purposes), a completed Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, two passport-sized ID photos with a white background and a complete name tag, two sets of documentary stamps, and one short brown envelope.
For those who have passed the Agriculturist Licensure Examination, the PRC has conducted face-to-face oath-taking for new Registered Master professionals. Examinees are required to register before 12:00 noon on the scheduled date of the oath-taking at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm attendance. The exact date for face-to-face or virtual oath-taking will be communicated later. Inductees must bring either their vaccination card or negative PT-PCR results obtained within 48 hours prior to the oath-taking schedule. Confirmation of attendance, whether virtual or face-to-face, is essential in the respective regions where the licensure examination was administered.
The coverage of the Agriculturist Licensure Examination includes subjects such as Crop Science, Soil Science, Crop Protection, Animal Science, Agricultural Economics and Marketing, and Agricultural Extension and Communication.
To provide historical context, here is a summary of statistics from previous Agriculturist Licensure Examinations:
In November 2021, out of 3,927 examinees, 1,172 passed, resulting in a passing rate of 29.84%. The results were released after 5 days.
In November 2019, 13,492 individuals took the examination, with 5,538 passing and a passing rate of 41.05%. Results were released after 7 days.
In June 2018, 4,428 examinees participated, and 1,689 passed, yielding a passing rate of 38.14%. Results were released after 5 days.
In November 2017, 7,537 individuals took the examination, with 2,883 passing and a passing rate of 38.25%. Results were released after 5 days.
In April 2017, out of 2,938 examinees, 927 passed, resulting in a passing rate of 31.55%. The results were released after 4 days.
In October 2016, 5,795 individuals took the examination, with 1,790 passing and a passing rate of 30.89%. Results were released after 5 days.
In June 2015, 6,080 examinees participated, and 1,888 passed, yielding a passing rate of 31.05%. Results were released after 4 days.
In June 2014, out of 5,022 examinees, 1,808 passed, resulting in a passing rate of 36.00%. The results were released after 4 days.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 3,423 out of 10,014 passed the Agriculturists Licensure Examination given by the Board of Agriculture in 19 testing centers all over the Philippines last November 2023.

On January 22 - 26, January 29 - 31 and February 1 - 2, 2024, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration. Those who will register are required to bring the following: downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission (for identification only), 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of documentary stamps and 1 piece short brown envelope. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
