Physicians Licensure Examination October 2023 Results

 

The results of the Physician Licensure Examination (PLE) for October 2023 are set to be unveiled on Nov 9-11, 2023, in accordance with Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Resolution No. 1589. 

The schedule for online appointments to obtain the new Physician's professional ID and Certificate of Registration will be disclosed at a later date. Initial registrants are required to complete the online registration process on the official PRC website, providing the necessary documents, including the Notice of Admission (NOA) for identification purposes, a completed Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, two passport-sized ID photos with a complete name tag against a white background, two sets of documentary stamps, and one short brown envelope. PRC stresses that successful examinees must register in person and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The ratings and examination results for the Physician Licensure Examination (PLE) can be checked online within a few working days after they are made public. Successful examinees can utilize the Verification Page on the official PRC website to confirm their passing rate for the board examination by providing the necessary details, such as the exam name, date of examination, application number, first and last names, and birth date.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 4,083 out of 6,456 passed the Physicians Licensure Examination given by the Board of Medicine in N. C. R., Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga last October 2023. The result of examination with respect to one (1) examinee was withheld pending validation of the submitted documents.

The members of the Board of Medicine who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Zenaida L. Antonio, Chairman; Dr. Godofreda V. Dalmacion, Dr. Eleanor B. Almoro, Dr. Martha O. Nucum, Dr. Efren C. Laxamana and Dr. Joanna V. Remo, Members.

The results were released in seven (7) working days from the last day of examination.

On December 14 - 15, December 18 - 22, December 26 - 29, 2023, January 2 - 5, January 8 - 12, January 15 - 19 and January 22 - 25, 2024, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line.  Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.  Those who will register are required to bring the following: downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission (for identification only), 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of documentary stamps and 1 piece short brown envelope.  Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
