Customs Broker Licensure Examination November 2023 School Room of Assignments

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has made public the assigned rooms for the upcoming Customs Broker Licensure Examination, slated for November 8-9, 2023. The examination will take place in various testing locations across Manila/National Capital Region (NCR), Cebu, and Davao.

As for the prescribed attire, male examinees are required to don a neatly tucked-in white polo shirt with a collar, devoid of any logos, seals, or marks, paired with decent pants or slacks. Female examinees, on the other hand, are expected to wear a similarly tucked-in white blouse or shirt with a collar, without any logos or marks, accompanied by an appropriate skirt or slacks. Additionally, female examinees are instructed to tie their hair back in a ponytail.

On the day of the examination, participants must not forget to bring essential items, including their Notice of Admission (NOA), Official Receipt, two or more pencils (No. 1 or No. 2), ball pens with black ink only, one long brown envelope, one long transparent or plastic envelope (intended for the safekeeping of personal items), health forms, and negative RT-PCR Test Results, if applicable, or a Certificate of Quarantine. It's crucial to note that examinees are strictly prohibited from bringing books, notes, or any related materials into the examination room. Moreover, electronic gadgets, particularly those from Apple and Samsung, are not allowed, and any form of bags is strictly prohibited within the examination premises.

During the conduct of the November 2023 Customs Broker Licensure Exam, certain precautionary measures must be observed. These include the mandatory wearing of face masks and face shields, regular sanitization using alcohol-based sanitizers when necessary, maintaining a physical distance of at least one meter at all times, and the exclusion of individuals displaying symptoms of fever or a cold from taking the exam. All participants are expected to adhere to strict standards of personal hygiene throughout the examination period.
