Chemist Licensure Examination October 2023 School Room of Assignments

 

The Board of Chemistry under the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has recently made public the roster of room assignments for the Chemist Licensure Exam in October 2023, a few days ahead of the scheduled assessment.

Taking place on December 13-14, 2023, the Chemist board exams for October 2023 are set to occur across different PRC testing centers located in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Koronadal, Pampanga, Tacloban, and Zamboanga.

On the day of the examination, examinees are required to bring specific items, including the Notice of Admission, Official Receipt, a minimum of two pencils, one long brown envelope, and one long transparent/plastic envelope for securing personal valuables and allowed items. Fully vaccinated examinees must present their Certificate of Complete Vaccination, whereas unvaccinated individuals must provide negative RT-PCR Test Results or a Certificate of Quarantine to the proctor.

Regarding the attire, male examinees are mandated to don a plain white polo shirt with a collar and suitable pants or slacks, while female examinees are expected to wear a plain white blouse or shirt with a collar and appropriate pants or slacks.

The examination strictly prohibits the possession of certain items such as books, notes, programmable calculators, smartwatches, cellular phones, bags, and electronic devices. Additionally, the PRC enforces rigorous adherence to COVID-19 preventive measures, including the compulsory use of face masks and shields, maintenance of physical distance, and temperature checks before entry. Examinees are advised to bring their own food as they will not be permitted to leave the examination room during break or lunchtime. The PRC also emphasizes that it bears no responsibility for any personal belongings that may be misplaced.
