The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) publishes the room assignments for the September 2022 Agricultural and Biosystems Engineer Licensure Exam a few days prior to the examination date. Please find the room assignments for examinees below.
The examinations are scheduled for September 14th and 15th, 2023, and will be held in various locations across the Philippines, encompassing NCR, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legaspi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
What should you bring with you on exam day? Here is a list of items to have during the actual examination:
Official Receipt confirming payment for the examination application.
A single long transparent/plastic envelope for safeguarding your valuables and approved items.
One long brown envelope.
Two or more No. 2 pencils.
Black ink ballpoint pens.
One non-programmable calculator with the following functions: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, trigonometric functions, logarithms, and xy calculations.
Health-related forms (in accordance with Joint Administrative Order No. 01 (s 2020)).
If applicable, negative RT-PCR test results, or a Certificate of Quarantine, or a copy of the Vaccination Card for fully vaccinated examinees, to be presented to the proctor on the day of the exam.
What items should you avoid bringing on exam day?
Any coded information or formulas that are available in textbooks, notes, study materials, or printed sources.
Programmable calculators, particularly the CASIO FX991ES and CASIO FX-991ES plus models.
Cellular phones, earplugs, transmitters, laptops, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, or any other electronic gadgets or devices that could be used for communication.
Any type of bag.
Any other examination aids that haven't been mentioned.
What should be your attire for the day of the exam?
Male candidates should opt for a white polo shirt with a collar, neatly tucked in (without any emblem, logo, or branding), combined with appropriate trousers or slacks.
Female candidates should choose a white blouse or shirt with a collar, also neatly tucked in (without any emblem, logo, or branding), and pair it with suitable pants or slacks.
COVID-19 Safety Measures for Exam Day
During the PRC licensure exams, it is essential to adhere to the following precautionary health and safety guidelines without exception:
Maintain a minimum physical distance of at least two (2) meters between examinees.
Examinees must remain seated in their designated seats.
Keep your face mask on at all times, preferably a 3-ply surgical mask or an N95 mask, and wear a face shield.
Bring 70% ethyl alcohol for hand sanitization.
Refrain from close physical contact, such as cheek-kissing ("beso-beso"), hugging, handshakes, or direct contact with others.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
When sneezing or coughing, use facial tissues to cover your nose and mouth, and dispose of used tissues properly.
Do not spit in public areas, on the floor, or along corridors.
