Begin by ensuring you have your Notice of Admission and Official Receipt, both of which are crucial for identification and verification purposes. Remember to bring along a metered-stamped window mailing envelope, as well as a sufficient number of No. 2 pencils and black ink ball pens to complete your exam materials. Organizational necessities include a long brown envelope, necessary for keeping your papers orderly, and a long transparent/plastic envelope. This transparent envelope serves as a designated place to secure your valuables and any permissible items during the exam duration.
In line with the guidelines outlined in Memorandum No. 68, series of 2020, you must also have your Health Forms prepared. Additionally, depending on your circumstances, it may be required to provide negative RT-PCR Test Results or a Certificate of Quarantine, as mandated by Memorandum No. 68, series of 2020.
