The recent revelation by Dina Bonnevie about Alex Gonzaga berating Nadine Lustre on the set of ‘P.S. I Love You’ has sparked a lot of reaction from netizens. The incident was brought to light during an episode of ‘Fast Talk with Boy Abunda’ on January 31st, where Bonnevie confirmed that she was referring to Gonzaga when she spoke about her encounter with an “unprofessional” co-worker, and briefly mentioned Lustre’s name.
According to Bonnevie, Gonzaga was not only frequently late on set, but also had trouble crying for certain scenes in the television series ‘P. S. I Love You.’ The veteran actress remembered an instance when Gonzaga became angry with Lustre because she was able to cry on cue before Gonzaga. Bonnevie shared that Gonzaga was upset because she felt it was her scene, but couldn’t cry on cue. The actress also revealed that she confronted Gonzaga about her difficulties in crying on cue, saying that Gonzaga was not in touch with her emotions and was indifferent to her co-workers.
The revelation has caused a lot of buzz on social media, with netizens unable to stop talking about Lustre. The incident has raised questions about professionalism in the entertainment industry and has sparked a discussion about the importance of being in touch with one’s emotions when acting. It has also shed light on the difficulties actors face when trying to convey emotions on screen, and how it can affect their co-workers. Overall, the revelation has opened up a much-needed conversation about the challenges actors face in their line of work.
lNadine never badmouthed Alex Gonzaga even when she could. Hindi naman sasawsaw si Nadine unless asked by the press. That's why Nadine Lustre is very blessed and successful. https://t.co/HMiKRcodmq

Bonnevie also remembered a conversation she had with Gonzaga regarding her tardiness on set. Gonzaga blamed her lateness on her busy schedule but Bonnevie calmly tried to explain to her the importance of professionalism in the entertainment industry. She said, “Gonzaga told me she had many commitments but I politely told her that if she wanted to stay in this business, she needed to be more professional. I told her that being late all the time, not being able to memorize her lines, and struggling to cry on cue wouldn’t get her far in this industry.”
This conflict between Gonzaga and Bonnevie was brought up again in December of 2022, when Gonzaga talked about her “traumatic” experience with an older co-star on her podcast.
