Vice Ganda Feels Like a Newbie Again on Opening Day of MMFF Film Festival

On the opening day of the Metro Manila Film Festival, Kapamilya star Vice Ganda expressed feeling like it was his "first time" participating in the film festival. The comedian is the lead in the comedy film Partners in Crime, which is being featured in this year's event. With moviegoers returning to cinemas to watch his film, Vice Ganda said he felt like a newcomer again.

In an interview with ABS-CBN News on the opening day of the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF), Vice Ganda described the atmosphere as "happy" and "nice," with a lot of people in the mall and at the movie theaters. He said it feels like a new experience for him, as the MMFF was held online in 2020 due to the pandemic and had low turnout in theaters last year due to a surge in COVID-19 cases caused by the omicron variant. However, with restrictions easing this year, more moviegoers have returned to cinemas.
